Navigating the journey of stillbirth bereavement can be overwhelming, especially in the early days, months, and years following your loss. To provide a starting point for your healing journey, we've compiled a list of resources that have been invaluable to our founders, Jessie and Nate. Each of these resources has been personally vetted by them and has played a significant role in their own healing process.

  • Star Legacy Foundation - Star Legacy Foundation offers support, education, and research to empower families and medical professionals affected by stillbirth.

  • Pockets of Light - A supportive online community offering articles, events, and resources for those grieving pregnancy and infant loss.

  • Guys and Grief - Guys and Grief launched in January 2023 as the first podcast specifically for men focused on pregnancy or infant loss in North America and only the second podcast of its kind in the world.
